Some of the action that has happened the last quarter in the Nordics (focus on deals & fundings). 

Denmark

• EG has acquired start up Prosedo 
• Danish Business Angels has invested in resi communication platform Hococo
• Proper and Exigo recieved additional funding from Innovation Fund Denmark
• PropTech Denmark has supported 50 international investors 

• Kodit raised €100 million to finance new home purchases (from Danish NREP) 
• Exquance also signs a deal with the Danish propery fund NREP 
• Linear raises 1,1 million EUR in seed from Innovestor Ventures to grow its virtual tour product
  
• 30% of the start ups (map) are building IoT solutions & most of them are based in Oulu. 

Norway

• Airthings has acquired the start up Airtight  
• ... and makes an IPO at the Oslo Stock Exchange (graph)
  
• US based PropTech VC FifthWall traveled to Norway
• An ex-WeWork employee starts three(?) PropTech companies 1, 2 and 3 & mentor to one more
• A digital standard in the making
• Accounting software company Visma has acquired proptech start up Create Solutions

Sweden

• InfoBric has acquired contech companies Buildsafe & EquipmentLoop 
• Meetio raises 1,2 million EUR from Tibia Konsult  
• Minut closed an $8 million Series A lead by KPN Ventures 
• ... and signs a deal with AirBnB for 'party prevention'  
• Acessy has raised a round from Buildroid 
• Tessin is aiming for IPO in early 2021 
• Kinnevik (Swedish VC) leads a round for US based CoLiving platform Common  
• A Swedish investor bets almost 2 bn Euro in PropTech... (details? Listen in to the next quarterly)
